The Council is updating the way estate parking is managed across Haringey. The current system is more than 20 years old and no longer works effectively — especially as national legislation has changed and privately-managed enforcement is no longer fit for purpose. A new, modernised scheme is now being proposed, and Hornsey estates will be part of Phase 4 of the consultation , running from 10 November to 15 December 2025 .
