Great news for Hornsey residents... a major upgrade is coming to Park Road Leisure Centre. 🙌

We’re investing in a brand new, state-of-the-art gym, transforming one of our most well-used local facilities. 🏋️‍♀️✨

This isn’t just a refresh. It’s a serious upgrade. The gym will see more equipment, expanded space, a modern layout, and improved accessibility, including facilities for disabled residents. ♿💚

For many people locally, Park Road is a key part of weekly life, whether that’s staying active, improving wellbeing, or just having a reliable place to work out.

And let’s be honest, for too long, the facilities haven’t been where they should be.

Since bringing services back in-house, we’ve been clear that things needed to improve — and this investment is part of that work to raise standards and deliver better for residents. 💪

Good-quality leisure facilities matter. They support physical health, mental wellbeing, and help make our neighbourhood a better place to live. 🧠

We’re really pleased to see this investment coming into Hornsey and we’ll keep pushing for continued improvements.
